I have printer connected to a LAN and shared with other computers?
I can control how other users can print before you order a password. I want this to happen settings to avoid wasting paper, toner and ink.
unless your Network Printer has this feature (Requiring a password to print) or other equipment are not connected to the network, no way to prevent others from using.
