I know this is not the fan. Moreover, the crisis does not start when the document is automatically inserted in the print area, or the shipper or the shipper plateau. The crisis seems to start when you start printing. Is the Drum Cartridge or Toner Cartridge? It seems that their addition to the area. All ideas are welcome. Thank you.
Toner / drum is certainly a possibility. I have this problem very often with HP LaserJet printers. Often when you open and close the gateway, the printer test cycle particularly in the mechanical, including Printer Toner / drum section, and you should hear the noise at the time. If you noise when opening and closing access cover, you can try to remove components and see if the noise stops when a component is removed and again when this part is given by closing cover. If the printer is not a cycle, if an item is removed, then the components must be replaced by another, new or known those who work to see if the problem changes. Another real possibility, which may also cause a noise when it starts printing, the polygon laser scanner motor assembly. If the noise does not occur opening and closing the access cover, this will be your most likely suspect that the motor rotates the polygon only when it is ready to scan the drum to place a picture in it, which would coincide with the calendar that you see when the print is ready to go on paper. The solution to this would be to replace the Laser Scanner Assembly or buy a new printer (laser scanners could be expensive). Good luck.
