Why my printer Canon imageRUNNER color printing in the background no?
I have a Canon imageRUNNER C3220 in our office. Notre Dame Marketing is trying to print the publications that have pictures. The things that are supposed to be like a green lemon Yellow Color.Also part of the text that are supposed to be shaded appear behind them. Toner is in the printer. This problem is product with all programs such as Word, Publisher and Adobe Photoshop. The company said it was supporting a network problem. Not sure.
