Color Toner and developer?
Aight so bleached and dyed my hair a few days ago. I have some developers still remaining dye. it was dark. Blue Black L'Oreal or something. Now .. bleached my hair is yellow .. and I go out and buy a Toner Cartridge to remove yellow. However, I did not know I needed for a developer. So I was wondering if i could use the developer had left most of the half contrast to the toner? Its 20 flights and that's what the application of toner .. it's just not the same brand. Developers and developers of dye toner different? Wella brand toner … certainly
