Testing multiple coaxial cables in my basement that come from different parts of the house?
The local cable provider has come and use it he called a Toner Cartridge to distinguish cable special room we wanted. Now we would like to change the room where we have our computer (ie modem). My question is to be more precise, either, no one knows how to check this for yourself? or has anyone heard of "toner"?
