The HP LaserJet 6 series printers negative or positive charge?
HI. I hope this question correctly. I know HP LaserJet 5 series are negatively charged. However, I learned that the new printers are positively charged. I'm looking for a (-) charge and found a LaserJet 6. Is (-) or (+) charged? Thank you very much.
I'm not sure the number is spoken, it is the HPLJ 5P/MP and 6P/MP (same engine) and is the HPLJ 5L and 6L (same engine). The manual confirms 5L/6L HPLJ load to the battery negative bias. 5P/6P HPLJ manual does not specify one way or another, so if you know the 5P is a negative charge, then given that the 6P is.
