What do you do with these ingredients?
I have a box of yellow tomatoes, several cans of peas, a can of asparagus box red tomatoes, several pounds of rice, potato flakes and a can of tuna. I found this on the back of my pantry, and I think that the boxes are quite old – maybe three years. Rice is sealed in a Mylar bag if I feel good about it. You do not have to include all the ingredients, but what can we do with these? haha:) reserves in restaurants:) No expiration date that I can decipher. I just made the soup, but three cans, I do not think it would be very good taste.

In a casserole, peas, yellow / red tomato some ground black pepper salt, a few dried herbs, white wine glug simmer for a while over low heat to infuse (thickening) flavors.
