Can someone please give me more information about the printing?

means that it is packed with Lexmark. This is a used cartridge to someone made a hole in a syringe and used to make it in. If ink refills to buy, do so from a trusted source – some refill inks are of low quality and if the cartridge is supplied with the Print Head it is very likely to see the heads globbier points are used and worn.
