Canon Pixma MP470 My does not work, keeps saying the printhead is not installed, install the print head What should I do?
I have Canon Pixma MP470 one. I've been using for a year without any problems. Now suddenly, it will not work and the screen still says "print head is installed, install the print head. "I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help? I continue to put the Ink Cartridges and exit, and this work it is not.
Are the print heads authentic or copies? The copies do not always work.
