Why do not my all in One Printer / scanner / Fax Scanner to the computer? Printing and fax job …?
I MFC 4420C Brother. Print faxes and a fine, but when I choose scan to file, it says to connect to the computer and nothing happens password. I checked the scanner section in the panel control, but the scanner does not appear. 10 points for a little help!
Scanners are often picky about how they are installed. I suggest to disconnect the device, use the Add or Remove Programs to remove all drivers who are there, restart the computer (very important), then run the driver installation again, simply connect the camera to the computer when the installation program tells you to do. (I have not worked with the brothers, but HPS is a problem. If you connect to the top, the printers, but not scan.)
