I have a HP OFFICE JET ALL IN One Printer and I keep on getting a message saying cartridge error. What to do?
My printer hasn’t been working for the last week because of this darn cartridge message and the Ink Cartridges seem to be fine. What should I do or what could I do so this printer can start working again or should I throw it away in the garbage?
try those other answers first, if that does not work. check you’re printer’s warranty status, if it’s in call hp. if not, try this, unplug printer’s Power Cord from the back, press and hold # and 6 while inserting the power cord.
this will perform a partial reset. hope this wil fix you’re problem
