02.21 Xerox Phaser 8200 error?
Hello, I have a Xerox Phaser 8200 gives a printhead NVRAM 21.02 therm OK error response. By Service Manual, you check the connections to the Print Head or replace the print head. Connections are good and tight and replace the print head twice, has been rebuilt, the other was Xerox, and both give the same error. Is the use of OEM Ink Xerox 8200 and no other. He also replaced the Control Board power, cable tape to the print head to connect and still does the same. Any ideas on where to go from here? Replacing the printer was not an option. Thanks
It seems you did a good job so far, and two print heads w / NVRAM should not be so evil. Be sure to install the motherboard and check connection and the wiring between it and the power Control Panel. Check that the connectors or damaged wiring. Otherwise I would have to replace the ribbon cable to the head print because it can be damaged by what he can not see and has covered everything else.
