AC Nielson scanner Consumer Group Home, you cling to your network?
My wife had this unit for free in the mail from the company. scanner is Barcode something. buying things and scan with this thing and comment on this thing enters the scanner. but what makes me uncomfortable is what they want to cling to their router on your network. and sends and receives data from the company. the company controls very well that thing on the Internet. Now I really do not feel comfortable opening a network device in my hands again external source. I seem to be asking for trouble. What do you think? Do you know anything about these devices? would you trust to something like this in your network?
