Has anyone told by HP that the batteries are covered by an extended warranty in 2006 or later?
October 2006, one month Then I bought an HP laptop, HP called me to try to sell me an extended warranty. They said the batteries are covered. So I bought the HP 22W – UPDATE WRTY library and RETURN WTY 3 years. I have not received any paper work, only a confirmation message, so I have no proof. Now HP says that the batteries are not covered. Has this happened to anyone else? Or has anyone written evidence in cells that have been covered 10 / 2006?
