I am printing to an Xerox Phaser 6180. The image seems to be tinged with the color magenta. Pl help!?
You can be a number possible causes for this. Unfortunately these problems are difficult to solve without being on the site with the team. The most likely cause is I do not think any of the other Toner Cartridges not working properly and using the color magenta out of the color you see. Either the cyan or Yellow Cartridge is not set their colors to produce good color prints and let the predominant color magenta seen. There is a menu mode to use technical services for a variety of tests to determine who has fault, but the menu also offers access to a multitude of other things wrong with that if it could cause more problems. You can create your own test pages in Word or something which defines a fairly large area, or the entire page, in three colors, magenta, cyan and Yellow Print and see that you are. This would have to change. To access the printer in service mode, send an email with the request and I can give more details. Good luck.
