I can’t print color documents in black in a Lexmark Z600 Network Printer in win2000. How can I solve this?
I have a small netwok of two computers with Windows 2000 installed. A Lexmark Z600 printer is attached with a computer directly. In the other computer the printer is installed as a network printer. I can print color documents in black and white in the first computer. But from the 2nd computer (network printer) I cannot print color documents in black and white because this option is disabled there. Can anyone can solve this problem?
You have to select those area in the your file you have to print in black & then take printer properties select black then priint. or remove your colour cartridge then give print it wll print in black.
