Problems with my printer?
I have the HP LaserJet P2015 and installed it with the USB data cable, but when printing is something that does not receive print order, but when I disconnect and reconnect the cable data printing flashing green LED and typically do not know what is wrong what has changed data cable, but not for profit. Please help me
Flashing green means that the printer receives data from the computer. Have you tried changing the port USB? take a look at open printers to see if there is one in Quebec. It seems that something is holding at the port or perhaps a driver problem. try it and see what happens
