What a small office, while a large Color Laser printer?
What is the most reliable, workhorse desktop laser A small color on a printer that does not cost a fortune to maintain? We are looking for the best all-in-One Color off the shelf Laser Printer Our professionals work for small businesses. We are looking for features, including double-sided printing, scan to email, phone and fax. We will need to print on Plain Paper and mailing labels and envelopes No. 10. We need a solution that will not break the bank ink and maintenance, however, be printed well and work well for us. We have tried, unsuccessfully, Brother Mfc-9840CDW and Phaser 8550DT. Yo I can not give an exact model about this, but I can not very well make a recommendation. What we want is a Hewlett Packard (HP) laser printer. I worked in the technical media for many years and feel I have repaired more than 2,000 printers. If you want reliability, you want one of the biggest brands and because there is a reason why they are the most major brands that are affordable and reliable. Note that when I talk about here is a point of view of someone who has seen teams work within a printer. You do not Lexmark can give me one because I saw what this company will do to cut corners. I worked at the Brother, Canon and many others. I never met a HP laser printer that does not has been well designed and operated according to their cost. I worked on some HP Laser Jet half a million copies on the counter and are still ongoing and because they have been well maintained. I own a laser and an Inkjet Printer at home and both are HP, because I know what I can expect. One thing to note, HP is likely to cost a little more than another, but also last longer, you can save on repair bills / maintenance and toner. It should be easy to see the cost average page on these because you can check prices online HP cartridges and will show the number of pages to cartridge and wait. You can save some money in the initial purchase another brand, but later in the maintenance of the most probable. Good luck to you, no matter what they so decide.
