I need a natural, healthy and simple ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner!?
Hi, I'm on a diet and I'm only eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, milk and natural milk fat, eggs, chicken, fish, nuts and seeds, green tea and red wine. I am not allowed any sugar table, table salt, including anything packaged or processed (chocolate, cookies, ice cream, fries, etc basically anything in a package). I have no idea what to eat because my usual diet consisted of all the junk food and fast food. I need help! That's what I ate today: Breakfast Oatmeal + milk + apple + Fishing + Lunch handful of cashews and tomato avocado tortilla + + strawberry yogurt without sugar and chickpea pasta dinner slice of salmon + + Pineapple + Milk Glass

Have each person write your name in a Ziploc freezer bag room with a permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs (large or extra large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake to mix. Place a variety ingredients such as cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa, etc. Each person adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake. Sure that the air bag and the zipper.
