what is the cheapest Inkjet Printer with duplex function?
I don’t really mind Laser Printer though i would still prefer inkjet ones.
Depends on how much you plan on printing. If you think will be printing a lot, I would look into if it has an ink Refill Kit for it. Something like this.

I have a HP Officejet Pro L7590 ($200) and had a OfficeJet Pro L7580 ($200). I have an ink refill kit similar to this one. I print about 5000 pages a month, the L7580 died after 90,000 pages, and I’m currently using the L7590. I have printed about 30,000 on this. So, printed about 120,000 pages and used up about $150 worth or refill ink.
The quality of the ink is good. I opted to buy the more expensive in, which is about $20 per liter (InkTec).
I also have a color HP LaserJet 4700dn ($2000), which was a big mistake to buy, $1000 for toner for every 11,000 pages.
My point is that you should think about how much you print. The equivalent to the HP L7590 without the scanner and fax is the HP K5400 ($100), they do have a kit for this, it’s the same cartridges as mine.
