Xerox Workcentre 5016 J6 Replace Drum Cartridge?
I have Xerox Workcentre 5016 Printer. It is giving the error J6 Replace Drum Cartridge. When I talked to the engineer it says after certain number of copies this message appears and you are no longer able to take printouts. I heard that by resetting or doing something you can take printout. Can anybody help me in this regard. Because purchasing a drum cartridge worth Rs. 11,000/- after every certain number of printout is not affordable.
That’s not true. Once a drum cartridge is spent, you really must replace it.
