I buy a used car a lot of cars and two days later, the emission control light was on and I have come and gone here and now that told me to go and we will work something out,,, only I know where I am
when you buy a used car is an "as is" sale, unless you have a written assurance or evidence that the time of sale that they knew the problem and failed to disclose that "fraud", but the fact that you drove for two days before arrival to the test not exist at the time of sale, if they do something for you, not because they have to.
