HP Color Laserjet 4600 – Cyan / Yellow Fade / printing bleed?
Hello everyone, I have a problem with the HP Color LaserJet 4600. Pictures with a large amount of blue / cyan and yellow slowly bleed / fade to white on the right side of the paper. The yellow and cyan blue Ink Cartridge has been replaced, and all the cartridges are cleaned and rebuilt. What could be the problem? Thank you for your contribution.
All colors (cyan, magenta, yellow) to do? If so, this means that the cartridges are not to blame and should not have been replaced. The possibilities are likely to be the Transfer Kit (the brilliant piece of film-like the one you see when you open the CLJ4600). Discoloration side indicates a problem of electric charge. Would suggest to call HP for repair, and that parties may have the fault is not user replaceable. You need a technician to change for you.
