Why is my Copier Printer with a red cross, its weird?
Hello, We have a HP7210 (a allin, but the fax and copier use only). It felt strange in a red tone. I made a toner control over it and when I check toner – all new BTW – print perfectly, but try to copy something strange is a cast of red. (Letters are not the whole page). I checked the HP, but does not address this issue. Thanks for any help!
Low blue and yellow levels can cause this. If this is the case in red is the strongest and most visible. Another reason could be the calibration of the printer. See manual if anything mentioning printer calibration. This is a test that shows if the heads of several printer cartridges print at the top of the other color mixing ink you want. Process itself is automatic.
