Service Contracts – Part I, copiers
Welcome to our three-part series on service contracts. Service contracts can vary for copiers, fax and Laser Printers, so this series I'll cover individually in three separate articles. Just to clarify the type of machines that are covered in these articles commercial rates. inkjet copier machines, Inkjet Fax and inkjet printers are not addressed in this article. The need contracts that teams like these can not be profitable. The material that I believe should be covered in a service contract are High Volume copy machines that are designed to make thousands of copies, prints and faxes per month.
Service contracts are similar to a policy. May or may not save you money.
