Why a Laser Printer to eliminate most of the cyan of the right thumb of my prints? Using Dell 3100cn
Suddenly my printer has decided to withdraw most of Cyan the right to an inch of everything you print. What causes this? I like my printer, but of course the dumb money. If they say is a drum, with a little luck drums "compatible" replacement is not Dell? Thanks Rick
You can be the drum, but it is unlikely, since it occurs only with a color, if a part of roller toner electrostatic derives not attract the toner or also on the roll that will create a vacuum in print. when cyan and magenta is done, it is probably Cyan Toner cartridge.
