How I can clean the Ink Jet color?
My computer and printer have been sitting unused for 5 months. I replaced both ink b Color and black / 4 that I'm gone. I had great difficulty getting the printer to print. I have cleaned the nozzles, but not the color passes through the test model. Also print a Test Page and no color changes there, either. I have a Dell with a Dell 3 in 1 printer. This is a picture of Dell AIO 962. I am running Windows XP.
