How to prepare files for printing in Adobe Illustrator?
Hey guys, I have problems in preparing these files for Printing in Adobe Illustrator. I've never tackled before printing. I primarily interface design and animation software. Now my boss wants to create cards for printing I do not know if I just did. I need advice. This is what I do. 1) To convert RGB images to CMYK in Photoshop image. 2) imported in Illustrator CMYK format and all. 3) After the design, I created a plan for all the text and save a copy of related images (for editing) and save the final (with pictures embedded) for printing. Are my prints come out right? Is there a better way? Is it normal for the images mate after conversion to CMYK? In special bright green and blue. If Please help!
If you are printing in CMYK, always in CMYK if possible. Note that if you work in Photoshop, you will not be able to use all filters when working in CMYK mode.
