I have a Brother Mfc and he keeps saying that the color cartridges run out of ink?
But they seem to be half full. Any advice from please?
If you are sure that the Ink Cartridge is not empty, it is possible that the sensor of the printer is down or that the cartridge is not good. However, there are some things you can try before sending it to the repair or discard. Try to reinsert the cartridge. Then unplug the printer from the outlet for at least 1 minute and reconnect. If it still does not change, try cleaning the Contact cartridge and the printer. If this fails, try a cartridge again. If the new cartridge does not work, you may call Brother technical assistance, if the printer is still under warranty. If the printer is not under warranty and that ….. you know the options. P
