How do you replace the cartridge in a single handle Moen faucet if there is no set screw to remove the handle?
I have a Moen bathroom faucet that is dripping. I would like to replace the cartridge but I don’t know how to remove the handle to get to it. My old one had a cap on top of the single handle faucet that you needed to remove and you could remove the handle and replace the cartridge. My present one has no cap. Would appreciate any help you may have.
I have a Moen kitchen single handle faucet, and the handle has a Moen insignia on a plastic piece that you can pry out with a fairly sharp knife, and the set screw access is exposed. I had mine apart once to replace the cartridge, which has a lifetime warranty. Love mine. Hope yours is as simple. Good Luck
