Epson Stylus C90, the printer can not work (Status Monitor and replacement Ink Cartridge does not work)?
I an Epson Stylus C90 printer. Recently, I can not print anything to use the printer. I get an error message "The printer has not yet responded but Microsoft Office program can be able to proceed without printer information. Will you keep waiting for the printer? "If I click" yes "or" no ", the printer does not work. When I go to "Properties"> "Maintenance", the "Status Monitor 3" and "cartridge replacement" functions can not be used. The remaining ink level can be displayed. I just changed my cartridges so I guess the ink levels are either complete or very high. Can anyone help please?
This may seem a silly question, but the printer is turned on? The Printer Cable is defective? or that this error only occurs with a program Microsoft? Have you tried reinstalling the printer drivers? Is replacing faulty? Is this the USB port (or any other port) bad? Did you ask a technician for computer printers / near you? Good luck to adjust the problem.
